Reboot System. |
D,
During my absence, my pc had gone haywire. Guess, the boys must have done something that slowed it down. Upon my return, I couldn't do anything with my pc.
Now that it has been been "cleaned", I'm so happy that I can write again.
I started the morning with 1/2 hr session at All Shapes. Took the train to Mustafa Centre to look for "laban". It's natural yogurt drink. Really, AT & I swear, it's damn shiokalicious!!!!!! We gulped the laban daily. It helped us to cool our bodies during the Summer holidays in Saudia Arabia. But "laban" was nowhere to be found, but a consulation though, Mazza Mango juice is readily available. So I bought 2 litres of Lassi & 4 cups of natural yogurt. I'll make my own "laban".
Of course, not forgetting heavy dosage of Toseh, Masala Toseh, Indian desserts for the rest of the family.
My neighbour, Kak Aya, asked me to join her to free trial of Yoga session. Her sister just started a business at one of the houses in Opera Estate. Kak Lin joined us, too. It was worth my time. The 2 yoga instructress are from India & Nepal. We learn so much from Kak Aya's sister. Our instructress from Nepal gave us useful tips for our well being. Kak Aya's sister offered to give us free lesson again this Friday & free lesson for kids on Sunday. She assured that we'll be given good discount before it officially opens in mid August. I'm so excited to see the house fully utilised. Yoga class in the living room & spa treatments on the upper level by a certified therapist.
Hm....still waiting to read about my trip, eh? But I don't feel like writing about it. I wish it to be an inspiration to my friends, but then again I don't want it to appear great or something to boast about. It was simply magical yet humbling. Let me think about it again.......
